Tellussa.co.za is a community based website that lets its members create a personal profile to communicate with other members and friends. Our services include online forums, you can post and review upcoming events within the community, post and review wanted and offered classified ads, keep an online blog which you may use as your online diary, find and submit businesses or websites to the business directory.

These are the terms of use and are legally binding, by using the Tellussa.co.za website and services you are bound by this agreement, as a visitor browsing our website or a registered member of Tellussa.co.za. If you wish to communicate with other members and visitors to our website you must read this agreement and indicate your acceptance, and abide by the agreements term to become a Tellussa.co.za member.   

This agreement may be modified and the changes are effective immediately at time of posting. The onus is on you the member or visitor, to ensure that you are updated as to any changes made.

For your own protection, personal telephone numbers, addresses and surnames may not be published by visitors or members. Content images or text may not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violent, offensive or copyrighted material.

Tellussa.co.za reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, reject, refuse, remove, restrict, suspend and or terminate access to any or all services, without notice, for no reason and or liability.

Eligibility: Use of Tellussa.co.za services by members warrants that all profile information provided is accurate, and that accuracy thereof is maintained by the member. You must be 13, thirteen years of age or older, and your use of Tellussa.co.za services does not break any laws.

Terms: The terms setout in this agreement are enforced and apply to all visitors and members whom use any of the Tellussa.co.za services. You may terminate membership for any or no reason.Tellussa.co.za may terminate membership without notice, for no reason and or liability.

Fees: Tellussa.co.za reserves the right to charge for services provided at certain levels to visitors or members, all charges may change or fluctuate. If membership is terminated because the member has broken any of the terms in the agreement no fee or charges will be refunded, in full or in part.

Password: As a member, the onus is solely on you, the member, to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of your password. You may not use the username or password of any other member and are obligated to report any misuse of membership or Tellussa.co.za services.

Content: Tellussa.co.za is not responsible nor can be held liable for accuracy of content published by visitors or members, Members information may be used by Tellussa.co.za for marketing purposes, related to Tellussa.co.za services only.

Prohibited activity: Tellussa.co.za content and services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws, as a visitor or member you are granted limited access, solely for personal use, of the Tellussa.co.za website and services. Tellussa.co.za contains content of visitors and members, you may not modify, copy, publish or sell any content appearing in Tellussa.co.za 

Privacy: Tellussa.co.za website and services are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
